JAKE MOLLER

Jake Moller is one of Australian leading trainers with 15 years experience in the industry. 

In November 2012 he opened Mace Fitness in Caulfield South, providing top fitness training to various athletes of all ages and levels including children from the age of 7. 

Mace Fitness is a State of the art gym, furnished with the newest, highly function equipment, some uniquely custom made and tailored for Mace Fitness.

ROXANNE VAN DER WESTHUIZEN

I was born in South Africa and moved to Australia in 2007. All my life I have taken part in sports and lead an active lifestyle. After high school I studied at the Australian Institute of Fitness, where I earned my Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training in mid 2013. Later on that year I joined the Mace Fitness team and have continued to grow and develop as a trainer.

I love nothing more than helping my clients achieving and striving for new goals, motivating and changing their lives for the better. 

 

 

YUKIO K. MATSUMOTO

When I was 12 years old, I started training as a competitive diver, having competed all the way to university level. Through this experience, learned from a young age how to challenge myself and stay motivated and disciplined. It was during this time that I developed an interest in diet and nutrition, which lead me to pursue a qualification in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu. After working as a chef for five years, I decided to once again challenge myself and enrolled at the Australian Fitness Academy, receiving an award for being the most passionate student and for maintaining high standards. 

Fitness is my passion, and I want to work with you to develop a tailor made training program that both challenges and motivates you to achieve the best results!

 

 

DANNY COSTELLO

Making the commitment to train is the first step to a better life and that is the commitment  I make with my clients. I have over 15 years industry experience and believe in giving each client a customised training schedule so we together can achieve their goals. 

I keep up to date with the latest fitness techniques, constantly expanding my knowledge to give my clients the best possible experience at the gym.

I truly enjoy my job and love to share my passion for fitness with my clients.
