JAKE MOLLER

I've always been interested in training and health, and started working in the fitness industry over 15 years ago. 

I opened the doors to Mace Fitness in November 2012, and have since then worked with a range of clients between the ages of 5 - 75, and all with different needs and goals.

The fitness industry is ever changing and at Mace Fitness we keep up to date with the latest techniques and excersises to make sure we provide our clients with the best possible results.

 

 

ROXANNE VAN DER WESTHUIZEN

I was born in South Africa and moved to Australia in 2007. All my life I have taken part in sports and lead an active lifestyle. After high school I studied at the Australian Institute of Fitness, where I earned my Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training in mid 2013. Later on that year I joined the Mace Fitness team and have continued to grow and develop as a trainer.

I love nothing more than helping my clients achieving and striving for new goals, motivating and changing their lives for the better. 

 

 

YUKIO K. MATSUMOTO

When I was 12 years old, I started training as a competitive diver, having competed all the way to university level. Through this experience, learned from a young age how to challenge myself and stay motivated and disciplined. It was during this time that I developed an interest in diet and nutrition, which lead me to pursue a qualification in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu. After working as a chef for five years, I decided to once again challenge myself and enrolled at the Australian Fitness Academy, receiving an award for being the most passionate student and for maintaining high standards. 

Fitness is my passion, and I want to work with you to develop a tailor made training program that both challenges and motivates you to achieve the best results!
