YOUTH GROUP PROGRAM

At Mace Fitness we want to give children an advantage by developing athletic skills from an early age. Balance, focus, strength, body awareness are just a few skills your child will develop. Fitness is important, but most importantly it is FUN!

Youth group sessions:
Monday - Thursday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Saturday: 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Groups are limited to 6 children

Duration: 60 minutes
