My intention is to make you feel good about your body. The best exercise is the exercise that you do. Find something that you enjoy and look forward to each session and you’ll continue! You can expect a goal-focused and outcome-driven session plan with plenty of good banter and conversation throughout. I’ll start this section with my football team as that’s what any Aussie does.. I’m a St.kilda man and love going to the football with my brothers.

I’m passionate about moving, especially with my Border Collie sidekick named Winnie. I’m always open for a chat and a laugh. If I'm not smiling and having a joke with you, then you know something is up. Very excited to get stuck in, meet you all and work together for everyone to live a happy, healthy and strong life!

That, I see, as the trifecta to feeling at your absolute best and giving you the body you need to go and attack anything else in life that you want to do. Given I’m a Dad to 3 (very) young children, my goals have shifted to being able bodied to play with them for as long as I possibly can and have huge passion for helping others do the same. I moved to Australia from London just over 4 years ago, and whilst I’m still trying to convince people I don’t have an accent, but that I simply pronounce words properly….I’m loving life down under. My wife is a lifelong Tigers fan so whilst it seems I may have jumped on that bandwagon when moving over…I had no say in the matter. Thankfully she got to me before Alon did…

Alex is a hard working driven individual who will support you on your journey. He was a chef by trade and owned his own restaurant from the age of 19. After 10 successful years he left the UK to explore the world settling in Melbourne at the end of 2021.

His passion to help others stems from his kind and caring heart and wanting those around him to succeed. He enjoys working with all individuals – no matter what age or where they are in their fitness journey and whatever their goals are.

From a young boy Alex has always been active and passionate about fitness with many interests along the way from skiing, running, hiking, climbing, swimming and bodybuilding to name a few. The science is pretty clear, resistance training and cardiovascular training is the key to longevity. When it boils down to it almost everyone’s biggest goal is not only to maximise the years we have but to improve the quality of those years. Alex can help you in that pursuit and any challenges you find along the way.

Evan was born and raised in Caulfield, Melbourne
“I love working as a trainer and helping gym members get through tough workouts and help them towards their health and fitness goals! It’s an absolute pleasure and I really enjoy working with everyone that I train”

Evan’s strengths are helping clients build muscle and get stronger, a wicked round on boxing pads and his mandatory fist bumps His favourite activities are boxing and weightlifting. He is a diehard Carlton fan and is very excited to see them (hopefully) win the flag in a couple of weeks.
